The overprint appears on both the front and back of the note, and Hawaii notes were pulled from circulation in 1944 once the threat had passed. This low-grade example shows honest circulation wear consistent with a note that saw real use in wartime Hawaii. A historically meaningful piece of World War II home-front history, well suited to collectors of U.S. small-size currency, Hawaii notes, or wartime emergency issues.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0880/8860/9087/files/57_734874d5-be32-4bdd-b120-777429f9f51f.jpg?v=1793648650
https://bigapplecoins.com/products/1934a-united-states-hawaii-20-emergency-currency-note-brown-seal-low-grade
