🧑💻 Position Overview
Title: Coin Shop Associate
Type: Full-Time, In-Person (Midtown Manhattan)
Pay: Depending on capablities/experience + Bonuses + Commissions
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional weekends or show travel)
Location: 55 W 47th Street, Suite 430, New York, NY 10036
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and handle rare U.S. coins, bullion, and collectibles
- Help customers in-store and over the phone
- Photograph and list items for eBay and other platforms
- Organize, label, and track inventory
- Support shipping and order fulfillment
- Occasionally assist at coin shows (travel paid)

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Personable and professional in customer settings
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Based in NYC or able to commute to Midtown
🌟 Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Appreciated)
- Experience with eBay, Excel, or POS systems
- Background in numismatics, precious metals, or collectibles
- Sales or customer service experience
- Strong writing skills for online listings
- Interest in long-term career growth in this industry
